Yes. The rate is per item, not per hour. If a job runs long, that's on us — your number doesn't change. Only add-ons you choose (like a brick wall for TV mounting) change the total, and you see those upfront too.
Yes — common in older NYC buildings. It needs masonry anchors and extra time, so it's a $60 add-on. We confirm your wall type before booking.
Not currently. Mounting includes a clean, level install with cables left tidy on the wall surface. Full in-wall concealment needs an electrician for a new outlet, so we leave that part to them.
